Seems to be a good charger and easy to install
To charge my plugin hybrid car. Cable is just long enough to reach the charging port. The cable is pretty stiff, but probably necessary for the current carrying capacity. Meets my needs. I have not checked the improvement over a level 1 charger, but seems adequate. Eventually, I will get an EV.

So essential
Purchased this for my new 2023 Ford Mustang Mach E and had it installed by a certified electrician. Worth every penny since it has dramatic cut down on my charging time. Works extremely well with the company app.

Excellent Basic Charger
This is basically a solid “dumb” charger. It just does what it needs to, we program the charging through our car app and it does what is is supposed to do without us worrying if the charger’s latest software upgrade will mess everything up. We’re very pleased with it.

Purchased Mustard Charger 2 months ago works Great.
I liked that it came in and out of my plug easier than my former charger brand did. Also loved that it had a wall holder that was upright and presents its self in a very professional appearance. My voltage had increased from a 30 to 40 Volts also good.
